- You hereby waive the right to any and all payment or compensation for the submission of content to myfriendpassedout.com and its owners.
- By making a Submission, you waive the right to make any claim against myfriendpassedout.com and its owner relating to the submission, including, but not limited to, unfair competition, invasion of privacy, negligence, or breach of confidentiality.

- Here are some things to consider when posting a photo:
- -If it looks like anyone is being harmed or is hurt in the photo, we wont post it, so don’t waste your time. -The larger the resolution is, the better. We won’t post blurry photos on our site because it’s ugly! -Send as many pictures as you wish.
- ***Important*** This website is a humorous website so I will post the funny pictures you submit. I will not post pictures of someone peacefully asleep on the floor or in bed because it’s not funny. However, next time get really creative and maybe it will make the site.

If you feel someone has posted a picture of you without your consent please email us right away and we will remove it immediately because that is against our submission agreement.
